The opportunity has arisen for an Employment Rights Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a highly reputable firm in Bristol.
This vacancy would be suitable for a highly motivated individual with ideally 2 years’ PQE and the keen drive to further their career with a well-established and busy Employment department.
The role will involve running a caseload of both litigated and non-litigated Employments Rights cases consisting of Employment advice, and/or representation matters i.e. Unfair Dismissals, Wages Claims, Settlement Agreements and Discrimination Claims. Full supervision and support will be provided where needed.
It is essential that candidates are aware of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure and have an excellent knowledge of the Litigation process in order to succeed in this role.
